Owner of the award-winning design firm, JDuce Design and co-owner of Vacation Rental Designers, Jessica Duce brings 20+ years of experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality design.
In addition to designing residential homes, Jessica designs and installs vacation rental properties coast to coast, ranging from extravagant beach homes to individual units.
Jessica is also a coach for designers looking to expand their business offerings into vacation rental design, launching the Vacation Rental Designers Collective in 2023 with over 50 members and 20+ brand sponsors.
An accomplished speaker and presenter, Jessica has appeared on many podcasts and numerous panels at industry trade shows. She has been featured in community lifestyle publications as well as national trade magazines including Business of Home, Furniture Today, Designers Today and the KBIS magazine.
Jessica is a 2022 and 2023 KBIS designhound, co-creator of the HPXD Vacation Rental Design Summit, NKBA committee chair, IDS National Membership chair, President of the Houston Interior Design Society, High Point Market Authority Tour leader, Dallas Market Style Eyes, STAR Furniture Design Ambassador, Revolution Fabric Brand Ambassador, and the Managing Director of the Vacation Rental Designers Collective.
